Seed Oils- Are they really good for you? That question entered my mind since I myself use certain seed oils. The details and info scared me so much that I am willing to anything to help bring this to you! So I begin with Seed oils normally used in 2024.

When choosing a seed oil, consider factors such as:
Flavor: Do you prefer a neutral or flavored oil?
Smoke point: How high a temperature do you need for cooking?
Nutritional content: Are you looking for specific nutrients, such as omega-3 fatty acids or antioxidants?
Allergens: Are there any allergens you need to avoid?
The Dark side of seed oils:
To be completely Honest, this is controversial. There is So much info, that it feels like there are so many lies jumbled in. We are in an age where knowledge is power, but is the info we are being feed real? The Details that follow has been on display but it seems no one can see it. Why? Corporate greed? Let’s ask questions!
How long does seed Oils remain in the Human Bio System: How Long Does It Last?
Considering everything I have been through, It’s been roughly two years. That means if you stop taking in all oils and all high omega-6 foods and there are others (we can get into that), it’s probably going to take you quite a few months. If not 2 or 3 years to clean up. Getting these entirely out of your system is a feat in itself. Considering that almost every food that is outside of your home is mostly cooked in these oils. I dare to say three years to be safe. A source that speaks in this regard is available on the -> internet. <-
Do Seed Oils Affect the Human Brain?
Well Guess what? The answer is: YES! Not because of the information I found, But Because of this whole ordeal, I am a Type 2 Diabetic, And have some nerve and cognitive problems for years! I began taking in a product that is helping me in my opinion without a doubt! It’s called Bran (Check it out for more info), and also in Biohacking. Here is some details About said subject:
A Study Called: The “Three Cities Study”

Are Seed Oils Bad for your Gut Health?
Well that is an understatement! Almost everything cooked outside your kitchen is saturated with these seed oils, Primarily because they are cheap! Since I slowed down on the consumption of these Deliciously deadly meals offered outside my home, I have been able to reduce my belly and improve my digestion. Obviously with some help from Velovita’s Biome, and a proper diet! And By the way if your curious about Velovita, Click on Velovita. So Check out the details below!
“Consuming too much Seed Oil (which is very common), may have a negative impact on your gut health. Some research shows a link between a Diet high in Linoleic acid, which is in Seed Oils like soybean oil, and inflammatory bowel disease in mice. Research is currently being conducted to see how this may apply to humans.” -> Source. <-
My Conclusion!
It’s interesting to see how many of these articles date 1 to 2 years ago or have no dates whatsoever. So the question to ask is are we being told everything about seed oils? Will they Ever be honest about what is healthy or not? My opinion is that since forever, many things are hidden, mostly because their profit shares could go down. So are we important to our society that hides the truth from us based on profit? They don’t seem to understand that every King needs their people! Without us there is nothing!
