National defenses will be Weaker due to a less capable fighting force. That is the reason why our military forces tends to be buff strong personnel.
Cultural & Social differences
A Major Difference in societies normal Structure, where unhealthy lifestyles become normal.
A massive rise in unstable mental health issues connected to obesity based stigmas, A myriad of depressions, and self socialisolation.
Government wise there is a potential for increased inequality, as wealthier populations can afford healthier food while poorer communities suffer from food shortages and a heavy reliance on artificially processed foods. (Fast Foods) Not that once in a while it good to eat something you like, But be aware that these so called Fast Foods have additives that can create addiction to said food.
Infrastructure Chaos
An Increased demand for bigger furniture to accommodate people with obesity, Increased cost in the transportation sector for bigger and heavier seating to support heavier human weight, and a massive rise medical equipment to accommodate respiratory conditions due to heavier body mass.
Higher fuel consumption due to heavier equipment plus the weight of transported human, which in turn impacts the environmental damage caused by fuel consumption. And more fuel means more cost, which lead to more fuel production, which in turn leads to the rise of higher prices for us.
Urban planification to adapt to new health challenges, means everything is bigger. Causing some major shortages in realty, that cold lead to taking over land by force, leading to CHAOS!
Generational Impact lets not forget our children.
Children growing up in a theoretical obese society, could and will lead to if not addressed, to children inheriting nasty habits, leading to a never ending cycle of poor health for the little ones.
Increased rates of childhood obesity, which further pushes long-term health conditions that will have extremely heavy consequences. Childhood Obesity is no joke. I have seen such a sight that caused me to get emotional and angry at the parents for letting their child reach such a state!
Well that was not tiny at all!
So, if you have reached this paragraph, I tip my hat to you. You are one of the few who is wise to the problems we are about to face if nothing is done. So doom and gloom is what we in theory have explored, we still have time to fix this issue in our society. One step at a time, to make our “civilization” truly civil.
Things we can do to help ourselves.
There is literally a myriad of things we can do. So let us explore! Everything written below are not for everyone, as we are all built different genetically. Some have powerful genes that prevent them from exploding sideways. While others like myself, have to include a sidekick to our daily routines. See the following to understand what I am saying.
Exercise, My wifes cross!
As I mentioned before exercise is not for the faint of heart. My wife is of said mindset, that “exercise is for athletes”, So a lot of what she does is supplements and walking. I bought her weights, a running track, Leg weights, You get the picture. So obviously her choice is in other means biohacking. Not the basement, attach a phone in your skin type, but the organic, real nutrition based biohacking. There are many gimmicks out there so please be careful.
Exercise for the soldiers in life!
My heart and respects to the men and women that are in the armed forces. All branches. My daughter is one of these said soldiers, she’s in the NAVY. She knows who I am talking about. Their regime is hard core! Physical and mental training everyday. The skills that are required to be soldier is so wild! from CQC to Arms training, are just the tip of the Iceberg.
Focus, Strength, Dedication, and the heart to battle the unknown. Like I said my Respects to those who fight in our stead, For our freedom, for our Constitution! And With all the stress and focus needed, they eat healthy and take, you guessed it supplements. Another said form of biohacking. So it’s been around for a very long time.
So let’s see what an ordinary person like me and you can do!
Well the most obvious is exercise, But like previously stated, it is not for everyone. So let us see what can be done!
Exercise while shopping
Even though shopping online is what I consider convenient, Once in a while it is good to go out and smell the roses, as they say. Shopping for food at a local supermarket is an option, going to the museum, art galleries, etc, are good options too.
Treadmills – A good option too, if you have the capital.
Going to a local Gym – Another option. Of course money is required to do almost everything.
Another option is thru supplements and a daily routine like walking and a proper diet is key. Hydration is also a very, very important key to losing weight.
For the workers in life.
The above is good if your work schedule is not as crazy as mine is. I work at times, 50 hours a week, and at my age of 48 heading to 49, it is too much of a strain on my joint health and my focus, Which tends to be everywhere! The MADNESS! I do my own regime if you would. For instance:
Let me use me as an example.
My normal weight around 2 to 3 years ago was Around 238 or so pounds. I was classified as obese.
The normal weight for some one of my height is: 5′ 8″ -> between 128 lbs – 164 lbs. Builds of your genetic structure has a different weight.
For Lean bodies at 5 feet 8 inches the weight 128 lbs to 149 lbs
For athletic bodies at 5 feet 8 inches the weight is: 150 lbs to 164 Lbs.
For a stocky builds at 5 feet 8 inches: 165 lbs to 175 lbs.
Determining your build can be mentally straining, so here are some things to think to determine your build.
If you have a low body fat percentage between (10-18{3e56123865ae6d0dedd2f1b384f02d04496d57c840adfff7447410aad32da79c}), and having a slim and toned body.
If you have less muscle mass than others, but still able to see muscles due to the absence of excess fat.
If you Have narrow shouldersand a smaller bone structure.
If you have Fast metabolism, making it harder to gain weight (both fat and muscle).
You my friend are a lean body type. A famous actor with this setup was Bruce Lee.
Professions that are usually here are Runners, yoga practitioners, some endurance athletes.
2nd section.
If you have a Well-balanced muscle mass with low to moderate body fat of (12-20{3e56123865ae6d0dedd2f1b384f02d04496d57c840adfff7447410aad32da79c}).
If you have Broad shoulders and a V-tapered torso, a wider upper body, narrower waist.
Being Strong, having dense muscles, but not overly bulky.
If you have a balanced metabolism, allowing you to lose weight and is easy to control your weight.
You my audience are a athletic body type.
Professions include: Sprinters, swimmers, gymnasts, soccer players. Or sports on the running department.
And finally 3rd.
If your bone structure is thicker with more muscle mass and broader shoulders than normal.
Having a Higher muscle-to-fat ratio, but with a moderate to higher body fat (15-25{3e56123865ae6d0dedd2f1b384f02d04496d57c840adfff7447410aad32da79c}).
Being Stronger, and naturally powerful in physique, but having more fat than normal.
Plus a Slower metabolism, which can make weight gain in both muscle and fat easier.
You and I are both stocky body type. Example: Arnold schwarzenegger, or sumo wrestlers.
Typical Professions include: Powerlifters, strongmen, some football players, wrestlers, etc.
Each Build has advantages and disadvantages. So here is some info on that.
Lean Body Types
Good balance of strength, endurance, and agility.
Can gain or lose weight with proper training and diet.
More resilient against injuries due to stronger muscles and joints.
Weaknesses include:
Requires consistent training to maintain muscle definition.
Diet must be closely monitored to avoid unwanted fat gain.
More muscle mass means higher calorie needs, which can be hard to maintain.
Athletic Body Type

Core resilient against injuries due to stronger muscles and joints.
Weaknesses include:

Superior strength and power compared to other body types.

Less endurance and agility compared to leaner builds.
So in essence, you have to maintain your bodies to have a very fulfilling life.

Video Games are storybooks in digital format. And Let’s Be real, who has not wanted to get immersed in a story away from our insane reality? And before anything is said, I mean a break from reality. So do not take the hammer by the head!

The stories experienced within video games, have moral teachings depending on the genre. Everyone is different. In addition, Some play to play and others to learn. I play to learn. Therefore have fun while learning. So, That leads me to say that: Video Games: Are A Powerful Tool!
Let us take a look at my favorite Genres
So My choice of genre are:
First up Survival – A mix of action and simulation resembling real life scenarios. The learning curve can be intense and the survival Focus aspect is the interesting and fun part! Building to defend from nature or anything in general, scavenging organizing, ETC. Makes this a: TOOL!
Second is Simulation – This has many branches, since genre can be paired or put together. Driving sims, life sims ( like classic game “The Sims”), Truck driving sims, airplane sims, spaceship sims, ETC.
These are very common in this genre. They highly technical and needs fine handling to be able to have the fun you get from it. The experience and amount of hours train your mind and hands making this a: TOOL!
Third is Racing – Now this is fun at peak! Racing at high speeds and understanding that the crazy speeds are in game only, is the fun part. Stunts and antics in a virtual world is what gives this genre it’s awesome entertainment. By the way there is more than one way to skin a cat. Controls to said games is a plus to the fun and it also is a: TOOL!
Next is the famous RPG or Role Playing Game – This one is story driven, moral based and adventures like you can never experience in real life. Giving you choices and prizes for good choices. Of course choices based on moral value real value.
Inventory managing, armor creation, defense of the people without power is a usual niche. Protecting the weak from villains, coming to the damsel in distress type of genre. Although not set in stone, it has intermingled with other genres. So in all it is a mental: TOOL!
Also there is Shooters – A very popular genre. This is a typical run and gun type genre. But not necessarily tide to guns. Swords, wands and so forth are tide into the first person perspective. Or a personal view.
Games in this genre are wildly popular in games like Call of Duty, Battlefield, ETC. So the control scheme means accuracy is king. Eye to Hand Coordination is what is trained in this genre. Military use of the tech and this point of view makes it an exceptional: TOOL!
Lastly Now My favorite – Engineering sims – I like to challenge my mind. Real life is limited and has no redos. And here is the best part: Practice and repetition is how we as humans learn. Such a game is Keen Software House – Space Engineers.
The critical situations you can build yourself into is very cool. Moreover Spaceship creation from nothing, finding solutions to logistics, setting up fuel lines, power generation, oxygen and hydrogen generation, ETC. This is the challenge. How many of us can come out with a creative solution to a unique problem without enginuity? And How do we gain this skill? Like I have been stating, Video Games are: TOOLS!

As tech grows, so does the tools of the trait. Likewise, VR or Virtual Reality was a dream in the 80’s. Just like cell phones. The VR headset is one hell of a tool. Immersive, realistic, fast paced decision making action! Moreover, This is such a cool tech.

firstly, Video games are a money pit? So is makeup, tools, toys, medicine, cars and everything that can be sold under the sun. So taking responsibility in your money spending is up to the individual.
If you cannot afford it then nothing is to be said. But consoles is a cheaper version and PC is a High end version of gaming. Oh and VR is a niche market that only futurist see value in.
Second Video games a danger to children?! Who buy the children their toys? Who works to give the children these video games to distract them? Well guess what?
There is a rating system that if you as a parent don’t pay attention to is your fault your child turns into a nuke! Take responsibility for your failure as a parent, AND BE BETTER!
My Conclusion…..
I can Go on forever. What I have written in this article is my observation. My experience. The behavior of our children is solely in our form of education towards the kids. Have you ever wondered where did the word pyramid scheme come from? Ever wondered if the meaning of Our Daily Pyramid Scheme is truly what it means? Well do I have a brain buster for you! I have a real out the door job. While I was there to work usually it is routine based. So my brain is playing dead for eight hours a day. They pay us for those hours and at the end of the week we get a paycheck. This is a routine for millions of workers around the world. So here are what I discovered at my Job!
The word Pyramid Scheme….
So According to Gemini Google’s Ai, There isn’t any record before the 1940’s. But in the Physical books of history as I grew up there were snake oils salesman that concocted “medicine” that would cure all. This was during the founding of our glorious nation. During the colonial days. So I am pretty sure this Idea came from the other side of our planet. (Europe, Asia, India, ETC.) But in the USA, When it got tough to sell these vicious products, they moved west. And guess what was not present in those times in the west. LAW!
Examples of these Schemes in the 1940’s!
In the 1940’s, These schemes were not called Daily Pyramid Scheme. They Were called “Pyramid Clubs” or “Chain Letters”. The base in these schemes were as follows:
Most if not all were destined to fail within months of their creation. (remember this)
There was always a leader who was “Immortalized” at the top. Always the receiver of the majority of the money earned through new recruits.
The main reason why these Schemes never lasted was due to it’s incredibly rapid pace of growth.
As the “organization” became bigger, money was becoming scarce, therefore the bottom of the Pyramid would not see income.
These were popular in the us, but because they were prone to fraud, they were made illegal.
Two points of view but still a Fraud!
The above are two forms of Schemes, but the ones that were more prevalent or most common were “Pin Money Clubs” and “Chain Letters”. Most people have no Idea what these are so let me teach it to you.
The Famous “Pin Money Clubs” : These were widely spread out. Mostly famous in the area of Boston Massachusetts. The idea was that to join this “Club” you had to pay a small fee. Then you would recruit others and they would pay you the fee and in turn you’d pay the ring leader. So it would get to the point where you would have no more available space in the club. Then things got ugly. The last few that were recruited could not make money from recruitment. but still had to pay their monthly fees. So if you haven’t pick up what’s next let me spell it for you. “You will sleep with the fishes”!
The Second Form “Chain Letters” : This is exactly what it sounds like. The “MasterMind” would send a large number of letters requesting funds for a “special Project”. So the ones who would send money would have to forward some more letters doing the same thing. Rinse, Dry and repeat. through this process thousands of dollars were stolen from people on the receiving end of these letters. The difference is that there was no sleeping with the fishes!
It’s interesting how Our Daily Pyramid Scheme could be in our faces and it’s completely legal! I mean let’s be real. We work for someone at the top that earns millions if not billions and because they pay us a “wage” its legal! Remember what a Pyramid scheme is? Well the top brass sits at the top of the pyramid and earns while we slave away and form the wide base for a certain amount of dollar signs. And then when we get out of line, they will toss out of the airlock like the trash those Corpos see us as. These corps are are widespread. In Fact all over the world under a disguise, claiming to give the accursed JOB to the needy. Guess what? if we were not there who would bring in the millions in/to their pockets?
Some ideas to help with the madness!
There is a few ways to battle this madness! Hit the lottery: which is a literal lucky based dream. The other is start your own business, This one is hard core but logically you need money to earn money. So up next is what I do. you can become a writer, a creator, a miracle worker if you would. Help improve your fellow man. And earn small bits and pieces of income by helping others. In teaching or passing on the fishing rod, so they can eat everyday.
